1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of eirewave.shop (the “Platform”) and all purchases.
By placing an order or using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Product Purchase Terms

2.1 Application
These apply to all orders. You agree when you:
– Place an order
– Accept an offer
– Use the Platform

Deviation only in writing by us.

2.2 Products
All items are print-on-demand, pre-designed by Eirewave — not personalised.
Availability not guaranteed. Minor colour/print variations may occur. No liability for errors or typos.

2.3 Who Can Order?
– Must be 16+
– Consumer only (no resellers)
– Accurate, complete information

We may refuse orders without reason.

2.4 Contract Formation
Your order = offer.
Contract formed only when:
1. We email shipping confirmation, OR
2. Carrier confirms ready for pickup

We may cancel post-formation if unable to fulfil (full refund).

2.5 Ownership
Products remain our property until fully paid.

2.6 Care Instructions
Follow printed labels. No liability for misuse or incorrect washing.

2.7 Prices
Quoted in EUR, include VAT.
We may change prices/offers anytime.
Shipping: Real-time at checkout — €3.90 to €15 worldwide.

2.8 Payment
Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
Secure via Stripe. We may run credit checks.

2.9 Invoicing
Electronic only — you consent.

2.10 Delivery
– Fulfilled from Latvia or Spain
– Production: 2–5 working days
– Delivery:
– EU: 4–7 working days
– Outside EU: 7–20 days
– No PO boxes
– Business days: Mon–Fri (excl. Irish/EU holidays)
– Split shipments possible — no extra cost
– Lost parcel (>30 days): full refund

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 EU Customers (incl. Ireland) – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
– 14 days from receipt
– Notify: shop@eirewave.com
– Item: unworn, tags attached, original packaging
– You pay 100% return postage
– Refund within 14 days of receipt

3.2 Outside EU – No Change-of-Mind Returns
Only defects accepted (see 3.3).

3.3 Defective / Wrong Item – FREE Replacement (Worldwide)
Report within 30 days to shop@eirewave.com with:
1. Order number
2. Detailed description
3. Clear photos (see section 6)

We replace or refund at our expense.

3.4 Return Process (EU Only)
1. Email shop@eirewave.com
2. We review (48h)
3. We send Printful EU return address (Latvia/Spain)
4. You post at your cost
5. Refund within 14 days

> DO NOT send without our email.
> DO NOT send to USA, Ireland, or non-EU addresses.

3.5 Non-Returnable Items
– Face masks, underwear, swimwear (hygiene)
– Worn, washed, or tag-removed items

3.6 Photos REQUIRED for ALL Claims
No photos + no description = rejection

> No ruler? Use bank card (8.5 cm) or phone (≈15 cm).

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Acceptance
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

4.2 Intellectual Property
All content © Eirewave / Printful.
No copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission.

4.3 Your Conduct
You must not:
– Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
– Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
– Interfere with the Platform
– Impersonate others

We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

4.4 Account
– You are responsible for your login
– Notify us of unauthorised use
– We may delete inactive accounts

4.5 Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use = acceptance.

5. Data Protection & Cookies

We respect your privacy.

– Collected: name, email, address, payment data
– Purpose: fulfil orders, improve service, legal compliance
– GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection
– Cookies: essential, analytics, marketing (opt-out available)
– Shared with: Printful (EU), Stripe, analytics tools
– Retention: 2 years post-last order (or as required by law)

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Liability
We are not liable for:
– Indirect losses
– Events beyond control (strikes, network failures)
– Your misuse of products

6.2 Governing Law
Irish law + mandatory EU consumer protections.
Disputes: Irish courts or your EU residence.

6.3 Severability
Invalid provision = others remain in force.
