Return & Refund Policy – Eirewave Shop

All products are print-on-demand by our EU-based partner Printful. Production starts immediately after checkout on eirewave.shop. Designs are pre-made by Eirewave (not customer-customized).

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items → FREE Replacement (Worldwide)

We stand behind our products — no matter where you are.

You have 30 days from delivery (or estimated delivery) to report:
– Misprinted items
– Damaged products (holes, stains, cracks)
– Wrong item or size received
– Lost in transit

You MUST email shop@eirewave.com with:

1. Order number
2. Detailed written description of the exact issue
(e.g., “Print is 2 cm too low on front, see ruler photo”)
3. Clear, well-lit photos (see section 5)

If it’s our fault → we send a FREE replacement OR full refund (including shipping) — at our expense.

> Applies to ALL customers: EU, USA, Brazil, Australia, Japan, etc.

2. EU & Ireland Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – Change of Mind

Applies ONLY to EU customers (including Ireland)
All clothing is NOT personalized → 14-day right applies.

3. Customers Outside the EU (USA, Brazil, Australia, etc.)

No legal right of withdrawal.

– Change of mind returns are NOT accepted.
– Only defective items are eligible (see section 1).
– You pay 100% of return shipping.
– Wrong address = package lost – no refund.

> We are an EU-based company. Only EU consumer laws apply.

4. Return Process – Step by Step (ALL Customers)

1. Email [shop@eirewave.com] with:
– Order number
– Reason (defect OR change of mind – EU only)
– Photos + detailed description (see section 5)

2. We review (within 48 hours)

3. If approved, we email you:
– The exact Printful EU return address (Latvia or Spain)
– Shipping format:

4. You ship at your own cost (any carrier)

5. We receive → inspect → refund (within 14 days)

> YOU MUST WAIT FOR OUR EMAIL BEFORE SHIPPING.
> Unsolicited packages = refused or donated.
> Your personal address is never shared.

5. Proof REQUIRED for ANY Return
No photos + no description = no approval

> No ruler? Use credit card (8.5 cm) or phone (≈15 cm).
> Photos must be sharp, well-lit, and complete.

6. Non-Returnable Items (EU Law – Article 16)

Cannot be returned (even within 14 days):
– Face masks, underwear, swimwear (health/hygiene)
– Any item worn, washed, or tags removed

→ Sent anyway? Securely disposed – no reshipment, no refund.

7. Product Safety (GPSR Compliance)

For product safety concerns only (defect, risk, recall):

8. Unclaimed or Wrong Address

– Wrong address → returned to Printful → you pay reshipment
– Unclaimed package → returned to Printful → you pay reshipment
– No account on eirewave.shop → donated to charity after 30 days (at your cost)

Governing Law
This policy is governed by Irish law and mandatory EU consumer protections.
English version prevails.
